Business Development Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Prepare sales presentations proposals and contracts
Attend networking events and industry conferences
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts
Contribute to marketing strategies and initiatives
Maintain high product knowledge and provide aftersales services
Qualifications:
37 years of experience in business development or sales (B2B preferred)
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience in membership sales and key account management (desirable)
Knowledge of the barter industry (a plus)
Ability to work independently and drive results
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel as required
