Key Responsibilities:

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data research and analysis.
• Identify and address data quality issues and inconsistencies.
• Develop and implement data collection methodologies and tools.
• Keep updated records of research methodologies sources and findings.
• Participate in the design and execution of research projects and surveys.
• Contribute to the development of datadriven strategies and initiatives.
• Provide support in data governance and compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data management processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Statistics Computer Science Mathematics Economics or related field.
• Proven experience in conducting data research and analysis.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as R Python or SAS.
• Strong understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex findings to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative crossfunctional team environment.
