We seek a highly accomplished RPO Delivery Manager to lead and orchestrate the seamless execution of recruitment projects exceeding client expectations. Possessing a minimum of three years of demonstrably successful experience within the RPO domain you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing a team of adept recruiters ensuring the meticulous fulfillment of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while fostering enduring client relationships.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide astute leadership and mentorship to a team of recruiters nurturing their talent to optimize performance and achieve sustained excellence.
- Cultivate collaborative partnerships with Client Service Managers meticulously deciphering client requirements to develop bespoke recruitment strategies aligned with their specific needs.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle meticulously ensuring the timely placement of highcaliber candidates.
- Implement and meticulously maintain streamlined recruitment processes prioritizing costeffectiveness and accelerating speedtohire metrics.
- Conduct rigorous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) encompassing SLAs timetofill and costperhire while spearheading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Proactively cultivate and nurture enduring client relationships adeptly addressing any concerns and consistently exceeding expectations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrably successful experience in a managerial role within the IT Technology Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding client expectations and consistently delivering on recruitment projects meeting or surpassing all agreedupon SLAs.
- Indepth comprehension of the RPO business model and a firm grasp of industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills fostering a collaborative and highperforming team environment.
- Unwavering ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adhere to stringent deadlines in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in a comprehensive suite of recruitment software solutions including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
