Plant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Utilize ERP software to streamline production processes.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
• Schedule production activities to meet deadlines.
• Recruit and train staff to build a highperforming team.
• Conduct highlevel operations analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for the facility.
• Utilize labor management systems knowledge to optimize workforce productivity.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Develop incentivebased rates for production to motivate employees.
• Utilize basic computer skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Oversee projects related to facility improvements and expansions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of foundry environments.
• Experience with leadership and people management.
• Experience with building incentivebased rates for production.
• Experience with labor management systems.
• Experience with project management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good math and measurement skills.
• Independent and selfmotivated.
• Great problemsolving skills.
• Strong supervisory skills including training counseling and disciplinary actions.
• Thorough knowledge of company health safety and environmental policies.
• Extensive knowledge of production processes and equipment.
• Ability to lead change management initiatives.
• Minimum of 7 years of plant management experience.
