Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management Systems:

• Develop implement and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Establish quality policies procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS through regular audits and assessments.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that products meet customer requirements and specifications.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent quality issues.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to ensure that quality requirements are incorporated into the design and development process.

Quality Control:

• Oversee quality control activities including inspection testing and validation of products and processes.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to identify and address deviations from quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues customer complaints and nonconformances in a timely manner.

Continuous Improvement:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes of quality issues.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards regulations and certifications.
• Stay uptodate on changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with regulatory affairs and compliance teams to ensure timely submission of regulatory filings and approvals.

Training and Development:

• Provide training and support to employees on quality standards procedures and tools.
• Foster a culture of quality and accountability throughout the organization.
• Encourage employee involvement in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in quality assurance within the IT or software development sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of software quality assurance techniques tools and platforms.
• Experience leading audit and compliance teams and overseeing IT certification and compliance procedures.
• Indepth knowledge of testing frameworks for functional and performance testing.
