What you will do
Brite is growing rapidly and so is also Brites legal team.You will be a crucial part to the legal team with your focus oncommercial relationships and corporate housekeeping. Most ofyour time will be dedicated to interacting with Brites sales andfinance departments as well as being in close contact withexternal law firms and advisors ensuring an efficient collaborationbetween legal and other stakeholders.You will provide support across the whole business on a range of legal issues relevant to a highgrowth innovative scaleup business within payments. You will however mostly focus on:

• Negotiate draft and advise on a variety of commercial agreements including customer supplier and partner agreements.
• Handle basic corporate housekeeping and administration such asdraft of board minutes and manage filings with various authoritiesas as well assuppling the organisation with corporate documents.

Required skills:

• European law degree
• 3 yearsof experience from law firm from within a corporate inhouse legal department or public authority
• Basic knowledge in contract and corporate law
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
