About the role:

The Technical Project Manager manages and plans projects and processes; they also analyzeand develop procedures for technical and operational duties.Furthermore this role isresponsible for defining project responsibilities with stakeholders and participating in planninghow budget and staff are allocated for projects and workstreams.
Reporting to the TechnologyDirector a core element of this role will be to maintain project time frames budget estimatesand status reports.

Your Mission:

• You will be a part of the Technology team and lead IT projects across the local organization as well as the Bauer Media group managing multiple global IT projects simultaneously;
• You will be responsible for managing all assigned IT projects to completion ensuring ontime delivery meeting of budgetary demands and maintenance of overall projectownership;
• You will estimate project budgets and allocate internal and thirdparty/provider
  resources;
• You will work closely with Service Owners as well as stakeholders and colleagues across Bauer Medias global organization thus giving you a broad network and exposure;
• You will develop project scopes and objectives together with business stakeholders vendors and colleagues in the Technology department ensuring technical feasibility;
• You will develop and control project schedule and communicate changes in a timely manner;
• You will provide regularly scheduled updates to internal and external stakeholders at all levels throughout the organization and hold regular project update meetings throughout the implementation lifecycle and manage expectations for internal and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the implementation process;
• You will facilitate project handover to operations after implementation;
• You will create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
• You will serve as the first level of escalations for all projectrelated risks and issues;
• Youre comfortable and confident with making important decisions that impact projectoutcome.

Job Requirements:

• University degree (minimum an equivalent to a Bachelor) preferably in computer
  science information technology or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing and delivering IT projects
• Track record of managing migration and implementation projects;
• Indepth experience of at least one IT Project Management methodology such as PM2 PMI PRINCE2 SCRUM;
• Experience with processes related to resource and capacity planning IT service levelmanagement (ITIL) and IT quality assurance;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coach mentor and provide direction toproject team members;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Strong time management organizational and decisionmaking skills;
• Experience with cloud cost management optimization strategies and budgeting
• Optional experience in delivering and managing on premise and cloud services ensuring optimal performance and uptime;
• Demonstrate an interest in the radio and audio sector;
• Experience of interacting with senior stakeholders within a previous role;
• Availability for occasional national and EU wide travel.
