This position will troubleshoot and diagnose issues that arise with equipment. Ensures that production equipment is maintained and improved so that quality and production standards are met or exceeded. Duties/Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and diagnosing any issues that may arise when operating the equipment Maintaining and making improvements to the production equipment so that quality and production standards are met or exceeded. Fully support any additional activities of the department and provide onthefloor leadership to all Technicians and assistance in the training and development of production line operators and department Electrical Mechanical Technicians. Support and troubleshoot PLCs operator interfaces / HMI (PanelView) and vision systems on production equipment. Support and drive projects allocated by Sr. Controls Designer. Education: High School Diploma or GED required Associates degree required in related field Experience: Mechanical Technician experience including setup adjustment and changeover of production equipment required Previous Electrical Mechanical Technician experience preferred
