Internship Digital Marketing and Operations

Anthropos Inc. is a modern enterprise solution to map verify and build skills at scale. We are a team of secondtime founders that has previously built and scaled Cloud Academy Inc. before selling it to a large UK organization.

Anthropos is an enterprise SaaS solution that is creating a modern way for employees and companies to measure and build specific skills for their business. Among the most interesting products we are building there are AI Simulations a very innovative solution that uses AI to bring people into reallife scenarios.

Our team is small very committed and with tons of experience. We are currently looking for an intern that will work on our digital marketing operations and content operations too. This is a fulltime internship with monthly reimbursement and the possibility of then getting a fulltime offer after 6 months.

Tasks

What you will do:

• Work on our social channels: starting with understanding our customers the problem we solve and then creating content for them to attract more leads and build our audience
• Email marketing: you will learn how to do email marketing segment our audience and make all of that valuable for our users.
• Review and work on our messaging: you will work side by side with us and our consultants on SEO and digital to improve and constantly create new messaging for our offer.
• Produce video demos and other smaller video content: this will be very fun and will give you a chance to work with our product team too!
• Work with our founders on our content library: you will be part of our operations to create and publish more AI Simulations working side by side with our founders and some very early employees.

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

• Good knowledge of digital marketing: you know what SEO is how it works what a conversion rate is how to sync data online etc. We are not looking for someone that has zero knowledge of digital marketing :)
• Familiar with Wordpress Canva and other online solutions: we expect you to know them and being able to start quickly.
• Smart and curious: we dont care much about your background but we care a lot about working with curious and smart people. You ask tons of questions and want to learn more and more about building companies products and marketing them.
• Passionate about technology: because this is what we do we want someone tech savvy that wants to learn a ton more about digital marketing and operations in a global startup.
• Grit and resilence: you are naturally inclined to work hard and you believe in it. We will definitely give you a ton to do and you will learn a lot with our constant support but you need to have grit and resilience.
• Proactive: you think of problems and solutions before they come up in our meetings or during our day.
• Good knowledge about digital marketing: you have been using social platforms creating a bit of content and enjoy creating content videos images and more.
• Want to learn more about B2B Software: because this is what we build with Anthropos!
• Great written/spoken English: we work in English and we would like someone that doesnt have any fear using it or writing it all day long. If you are not fluent but you really want to improve we will give you a chance!
