Operations and Planning Analyst

Associate Allied Chemicals has been delivering ingredient solutions for the fragrance flavor food and personal care industries for over 45 years. As we expand our presence we looking for a motivated Operations and Planning Analyst to become a part of our team.

As Operations and Planning Analyst you will play a key role in monitoring warehouse and logistics operations inbound and outbound dispatch planning and streamlining all customer supply processes.

Tasks

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse operations including inventory management order fulfilment and distribution processes.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to coordinate inventory replenishment transportation and storage activities to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Proper Audit/stock take and Shrinkage reduction
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and company policies and procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma/Graduate from a recognized university or institute.
• Experience Required: 26 years in warehousing and distribution out of which 1 to 3 years should be in Demand and Supply planning
• Experience in preparing Monthly reports/trend analysis
• Problem Solving and innovation
• Ability to lead and drive safety culture in the organization.
• Efficient communication and writing skills including preparing MIS.

• Knowledge of MS Office Power Point Presentation
• Capability to multitask in a fast faced environment.
