Job Description
What You'll Do
- Lead, train, develop, and support the Used sales team and strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a coherent user experience throughout the customer journey
- Understand and continuously improve our internal used car sales processes aiming for simplification & efficiency
- Own and consistently improve our used car listing / display quality
- Develop, monitor, report, and action our Used Car sales performance metrics to continuously identify opportunities and drive sales performance across the Netherlands
- Be a hands-on sales contributor and assist all relevant resources with escalations and sales issue resolution
