Job Description

Customer Data Administrator
Larkfield
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

KHR is working with one of the fastest-growing businesses in the UK, which currently has a great opportunity for an Customer Data Administrator to join their Billings Team on a full-time permanent basis.

Duties of the Customer Data Administrator will include but are not limited to:

- Create and send invoices using bespoke system and MS Excel
- Create data reports using Excel
- Liaise with customers to resolve queries and answer questions
- Monitor and respond to emails
- Input and manage vast amounts of data correctly and efficiently
- Support the wider billings and customer service team
- Other general administrative tasks


Candidate Profile:

- Be computer literate with intermediate Excel skills
- Have good communication skills both verbal and written
- Have previous data entry experience
- Knowledge of Sage or Salesforce is preferred but not essential
- Have fantastic attention to details with the ability to sop error
- Be solutions orientated
- Be motivated and eager to learn


This is a fully office based role, standard hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

Starting salary is 25,365pa

Benefits include 28 days holiday, standard pension, potential hybrid working set up once training and probation are completed, equipment provided, statutory sick pay, training and development, and progression opportunities
