Job Description
What You'll Do
- Lead the safe and sustainable operation and growth of the Tesla Energy business in EMEA, with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience and bottom-line results.
- Act as an active member of the Tesla Energy global leadership team to nurture a strong culture and strategy focused on Tesla’s mission.
- Be the leader and focal point of the EMEA Energy team, facilitating an effective and motivated team
- Manage an experienced Senior Management team across sales, engineering, deployment and operations
- Provide leadership and tactical guidance across the EMEA Energy teams
- Implement processes and controls to mitigate risk and drive efficiencies in the business
