Assignment Support Coordinator - HR Onboarding

We are looking for a highly motivated Assignment Support Coordinator to be part of our well-established team based in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manages the contractor pre-mobilization and onboarding processes.
- Demonstrates team work to achieve all area/discipline/client demands to ensure consistency of service.
- Effectively works with other support teams, for example, Commercial, Payroll and Travel, to ensure the contractor end to end process runs efficiently.
- Ensures the contractor experience is positive through delivering a good level of service and prompt response times.
- Collecting candidate documentation to process their access to the refinery site.
- Coordinating with new hires – meeting and greeting them and bringing them to the site to assist them with their HSE Inductions, on-boarding and orientations.
- Coordinating and liaising with our in-country visa agent to assist with the visa process and onboarding.
- Maintaining the onboarding dashboard on a daily basis keeping track of all new hires and updating their status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR administration/Coordination/On-boarding.
- Effective in time management.
- Being a team player and collaborating effectively with others to achieve targets.
- Must have a Bahrain driving license.
- Excellent communicator in English (Arabic is not necessary although a plus).
- Experience in project coordination/document control is a must.
