Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Technology and Product Officer (CTPO) to lead our technology and product development efforts.

The CTPO will play a pivotal role in shaping the technology and product strategy driving innovation and ensuring the seamless delivery of our financial services to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech and a proven track record of successfully leading technology and product teams

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute the technology strategy in alignment with the companys business goals. Provide visionary leadership to the technology team fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

2. Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring the delivery of highquality and customercentric financial products and services. Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including design engineering and data science to drive product innovation. Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new product development.

3. Team Management: Build and lead a highperforming technology and product team providing mentorship guidance and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and problemsolving.

4. Technology Stack and Infrastructure: Oversee the selection implementation and maintenance of the technology stack and infrastructure. Ensure the security scalability and reliability of our platform.

5. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about regulatory changes and compliance requirements in the financial services industry in India. Ensure that the platform complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

6. Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology and product budget optimizing resource allocation to achieve strategic goals.

Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience (at least 7 years) in a senior leadership role within the fintech industry with ground up team building and leading a team.

3. Strong understanding of financial services including banking payments lending and investments.

4. Exceptional leadership and teambuilding skills.

5. Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive innovation and deliver results.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Experience in working with regulatory bodies and ensuring compliance.

8. Familiarity with the financial services landscape in India
