Job Description

Responsibilities:

Content Development:

Create highquality marketing materials such as white papers case studies product brochures technical data sheets and user guides.

Develop engaging web pages blog posts articles and newsletters that simplify technical concepts for a broader audience.

Marketing Collateral:

Craft persuasive marketing content that highlights the features and benefits of our products and services.

Generate content for sales presentations proposals and other sales support materials.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers engineers and developers to gather technical information.

Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure content aligns with marketing strategies and business objectives.

Editing and Proofreading:

Review and edit content for clarity accuracy and consistency.

Maintain a consistent tone and style across all technical marketing materials.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Technical Writing or a related field.

Proven experience as a technical writer or marketing writer preferably in a technologydriven industry.

Experience in the parking or realestate management industry is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and engagingly.

Strong technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn about new technologies and products.

Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

Meticulous attention to detail and strong editing and proofreading skills.

Proficiency in SEO and experience with content optimization for search engines is a plus.

Tools and Technologies:

Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.

Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g. Figma Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is a plus.

Personal Attributes

Strong research skills and the ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources.

Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Creative and innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problemsolving.

Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
