Sales Customer Support Intern Location - Indore

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to support our sales and customer support team at Bingage. This internship offers handson experience in various aspects of sales and marketing providing a comprehensive understanding of how these functions contribute to our companys success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support:

   • Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads.
   • Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients via email and phone to establish relationships.
   • Assist in preparing and delivering product pitches.
   • Participate in sales meetings and help track sales performance.
   • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.

2. Customer Support andEngagement:

   • Interact with customers to gather feedback and insights.
   • Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information.
   • Help develop customer success stories and testimonials.
     

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
• Strong interest in sales and marketing with a desire to learn and grow in these areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
