Job Description
- Optimize Sleep Environment: Advise members on creating a conducive sleep environment, including recommendations on lighting, temperature, and noise.
- Teach Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques: Incorporate mindfulness and relaxation practices to help members fall and stay asleep.
- Monitor Progress: Track members' progress and adjust sleep plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement
- Utilize In-App Messaging: Provide ongoing support and accountability through BetterUp’s in-app messaging system.
