Job Description
Job Title: Site Acquisition Specialist
Company: Gig4u (for Leading Energy Company)
Job Type: Freelance (Commissionbased)
Responsibilities:
Identify potential locations for creating charging stations (200 sq feet or 2 car parking spaces).
Conduct site visits to assess suitability and feasibility.
Meet with property owners landlords and relevant stakeholders.
Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the process.
Coordinate documentation and agreement signing.
Handle the endtoend deal process.
Requirements:
Proven experience infield sales marketing or real estate sales/identification.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of energyrelated infrastructure is a plus.
Compensation:
Commissionbased model:
Earning upto INR 60000 (including travel and fuel expense INR 10000 per closure)
