Job Description

  • Understanding the technical needs of the projects.
  • Interact with Account Managers & Delivery Manager for requirement gathering.
  • Involved in Pre and Post Training activities.
  • Recruiting potential trainers from various sources.
  • Screening the trainer profiles submitting for the training requirements received from clients.
  • Conducting technicalcalls between the client and the trainer for the evaluation and selection of the profile. sourced.
  • Co ordinating between client trainer and the delivery team to initiate travel arrangements and payments to be made for the selected trainers.
  • Follow up with the Learning & Development team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Maintaining Training Feedback about the Trainers & Training.
  • Collecting training course material from the trainer.
  • Preparing purchase orders for trainers invoices submitting proposals


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Delivery Head or Operations Manager
  • Handson experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs plan develop coordinate monitor and evaluate)
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
  • Experience with elearning platforms.
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Strong communication skills BS degree in Education Training HR or related field
