This bustling retail store maintains exceptional standards particularly in its thriving food service department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the goodsin process to ensure the timely and accurate handling of inventory. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate for this Retail Warehouse Manager Job:

• Proven experience as a GoodsIn Manager or in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution environment.
  

• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
  

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software.
  

• Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  

• Oversee the receipt of all incoming goods ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  

• Inspect deliveries for accuracy quality and compliance with purchase orders.
  

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
  

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  

• Implement and maintain efficient goodsin procedures and policies.
  

• Ensure that all goods are stored safely and correctly optimizing warehouse space.
  

• Train and supervise goodsin staff ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
  

• Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  

• Collaborate with other departments such as procurement production and sales to support overall business objectives.
  

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the goodsin area.
