Job Description
Position Title: Social Media Specialist
Work Setup: Work from Office
Salary Range: Php 60000.00 to Php 70000.00
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am5pm PST (11pm 8am PHT)
Our client specializes in providing remote staffing and outsourcing helping companies build dedicated teams to manage various business functions. They handle the entire recruitment training and operational management process for both officebased and homebased staff ensuring businesses can scale efficiently and costeffectively. By leveraging their services companies can enhance productivity while reducing operational costs.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Responsibilities as a Social Media Specialist:
Create visually appealing graphics images and videos for social media.
Develop and implement a content strategy to increase engagement across platforms.
Manage daily social media posting and community engagement.
Set up and manage social media shopping features.
Launches social media campaigns within a specific budget.
Proactive research on new social media tools trends and updates that may help and grow the business.
Reaches out to potential bloggers influencers and YouTubers that are "on brand" to help boost followers and sales by starting a campaign or partnership.
Design visuals for landing pages.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team.
Perform other related tasks as required.
Qualifications as a Social Media Specialist:
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and design tools.
Knowledge of social media analytics and data interpretation.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Excellent timemanagement and organizational skills.
Familiarity with ecommerce and digital marketing.
KPIs of the Social Media Specialist:
1. Engagement Rate:
Ensure a high percentage of followers engage with content (likes shares comments).
2. Follower Growth:
Drive the increase of new followers gained each month.
3. Content Reach:
Maximize the number of unique users who see the content.
4. ClickThrough Rate (CTR):
Optimize the percentage of users who click on links in social media posts.
5. Conversion Rate:
Increase the percentage of social media interactions that lead to sales or desired actions.
6. Social Media ROI:
Calculate and improve the return on investment from social media campaigns.
7. Hashtag Performance:
Analyze and utilize effective hashtags to increase post visibility.
8. Influencer Collaboration Results:
Develop and measure the impact of campaigns or partnerships with bloggers influencers and YouTubers and secure new partnerships each month.
9. Community Engagement:
Respond to comments messages and engage with the community in a timely manner.
10. Social Media Shopping Metrics:
Generate and track sales directly from social media shopping features.
