Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage construction projects ensuring they are completed efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Construction Supervisor to lead our projects to success. Join us in creating exceptional structures while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout the construction process.
Duties:
Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate and schedule labor equipment and materials
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Interpret blueprints schematics and construction documents
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Collaborate with project managers contractors and subcontractors
Implement and enforce OSHA regulations on job sites
Utilize construction management software such as Prolog or Bluebeam
Handle contract negotiations and administration
Assist with construction estimating and budgeting
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans
Knowledge of building codes regulations and safety standards
Familiarity with construction software like Bluebeam or Prolog is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
