Job Description
Support Engineer Responsibilities :
Research reproduce troubleshoot and solve highly challenging technical issues
You will provide thoughtful direction and support for technical inquiries
Expected to manage workload in a fastpaced environment and be proactive with customer issues
You will reproduce customer issues and log tickets
You will create and submit documentation and knowledgebase articles to empower customer selfservice and enable their success with our solutions.
The above work will be both remote and onsite (In Chennai)
Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience
2 years experience in a clientfacing role preferred
Any Degree Holder
Ability to diplomatically address customer concerns and provide feedback
Exceptional soft skills and customer service
Strong Windows navigation and tools
Experience working with team members in different geographic locations.
Able to debug and identify network issues
Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems
Excellent time management skills
Experience with software installation troubleshooting and maintaining a log for the same.
Handson Experience in any Ticketing toll will be an added advantage.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within Growth accounts, collaborating with the sales team for successful conversions Skills : B2B sales ,corporate Sales , IT Product Sales, Field Sales, Telecaller, Outbond calls . Good hold on verbal communication (English mandatory) . Experience in BPO/Inside sales / Sales call between 06 to 2 years
