Senior Technical Consultant - ServiceNow Workflow Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant with extensive experience in ServiceNow and specialized expertise in developing workflows using the "creator" functionality. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in JavaScript Angular and HTML as well as a Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

Responsibilities:
Design develop and implement complex workflows using ServiceNows "creator" functionality to automate business processes.

Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the integration of thirdparty services.

Provide advanced technical support troubleshooting and problem resolution for ServiceNow applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical solutions.

Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and workflow automation ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for workflows configurations and integrations.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.

Proficiency in JavaScript Angular and HTML.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow with a focus on workflow development.

This role requires bilingual candidates in English and Spanish / English and Portuguese.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or other relevant certifications.
