Job Description
CMMS Specialist
Position Summary: The successful candidate must have over 10 years of relevant experience dealing with oil and gas plants.
Responsibilities:
Keeping COMPANY planning tools updated and functional
Updating necessary modifications to SAP CMMS as requested by the company
Extracting required information from SAP CMMS and other company tools as required
Troubleshooting issues in SAP CMM Providing IT and SAP support to colleagues and company personnel when required
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent
10 years related multinational exposure as supervisory experience related to parts operation or similar role in oil and gas plants (refineries LNG or petrochemical)
Fluent in written and spoken English language
Necessary Attributes:
Advanced skill working with databases (SQL Access or similar).
Experience working with enterprise software preferably SAP or related CMMS.
Experience or exposure with planning/scheduling and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel Access Word)
Advanced skill with SQL queries pivot tables and similar data tool sets.
Lean Training or Certification is desirable
Attention to detail strong communication and organizational skills are needed.
Able to analyze prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Result driven approach and attitude.
