Job Description
This is a front line leadership role. This is a rare MondayFriday daytime leadership role. The hours are 0600/0/1600 on average. There are three shifts at this site. You will be responsible for getting the information from the 3rd shift supervisor to start your day. Then passing on your information to the 2nd shift supervisor before you leave.
You will manage between 4050 people. You will have 24 team leaders as well. This is a boots on the ground hearts and minds leadership position. You are responsible for scheduling staffing and morale of the team. The processes are not complex. The training is effective. The main part of this role is the building of a team and driving culture.
This is one team one mission plant. Meaning that all three shifts are on the same page.

Requirements
Strong direct leadership experience. Strong communication skills.
