Job Description

This is a remote position.

Scope: Monday Friday 8 am to 7 pm EST (8 pm to 7 am Manila Time) with 1hour break and 2 paid 15minute breaks


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEO s calendar including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO including emails phone calls and postal mail.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties ensuring all parties are wellinformed of necessary information and schedules.
  • Prepare meeting agendas perform research for meetings and take minutes during sessions.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Organize and manage special projects as directed by the CEO.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives employees and external partners.
  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion


Requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferably within a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders including staff board members external partners and donors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint).
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Discretion with confidential information.
Additional Requirement:
Experience in the financial services or banking sector is highly desirable.
