Job Description
This is a remote position.
Scope
- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 5:30pm Mountain with a 30minute unpaid break (11pm to 7:30am Manila Time)
Responsibilities
- Answer calls emails texts and inquiry forms
- Build rapport with potential clients and reassure them
- Understand and provide detailed information on mental health services
- Onboard new clients and gather necessary details
- Coordinate with insurance companies for coverage verification
- Maintain accurate and uptodate client profiles
- Ensure clients feel supported throughout their journey
- Handover new clients to practitioner practice manager and clinical team
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or client services
- Strong sales abilities and persuasive communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to explain complex information clearly
- Proficiency in electronic healthcare record software
- Able to work securely within HIPAA guidelines
- Computer must operate on Windows OS
