Hi
Im the recruiter for an Operations Associate with a 20year insurance industry business solutions services company
Familyfriendly Downers Grove IL headquarters location; hybrid schedule

Multiple CLevel Exec admin support: book travel arrangements organize calendar/schedule meetings correspondence research report prep arrange calls develop itineraries/agendas presentation/meeting needs
Order supplies/office inventory liaise with building management
Oversee Front desk duties: reception/welcome guests/customers answer phones/direct calls sort/distribute mail
Meeting logistics: scheduling catering A/V presentation/meeting materials/office calendar
PM Corporate Events; Sales Conferences/Trade Shows across US (working with Event Planner)
Support VP Operations with enforcement of company SOPs
Daily operations reporting/resolving issues maintain company databases
Uphold strict confidentiality with CLevel correspondence/ needs
REQUIREMENTS
Associate or Bachelor s degree OR 2 years administrative/executive assistant experience including:
Previous experience managing travel/schedules
MS Outlook Word Excel Power Point
ASANA & HUBSPOT (or similar CRM)
Proactive selfstarter; able to develop solutions brainstorm new ideas independently/on a team work in a fastpaced with strong time management skills
