IS Cash Reconciliation Associate

• Reconcile cash activity as it relates to Investor Capital Calls and Distributions
  

• Investigate cash flow activity that cannot be automatically reconciled
  

• Create and manage automation rules in Carta to increase the number of automatically reconciled capital activities
  

• Leverage our inapp tools to help clients manage capital call payment schedules with their investors
  

• Collaborate with our Fund Administration team to identify opportunities to efficiently scale the way we serve clients

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience
  

• You have an operational mindset and are constantly looking for ways to streamline processes
  

• You have strong critical thinking problem solving and decision making skills
  

• You re interested in providing bestinclassservice
  

• You take pride in your ability to communicate effectively and are able to multitask to meet multiple deadlines
  

• You have a basic understanding of Venture Capital Banking and Fund Administration
  

• You have experience working with accounting and financial data
  

• You re interested in working on projects in a fast paced environment
