Account Executive Ulu Tiram

• Ensure timely and accurate monthend closing and financial reporting to Management.
  
• Prepare and close monthly and annual financial statements.
  
• Process payments for expenses in accordance with approved procedures and agreed credit terms.
  
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as external auditors tax agents corporate secretarial agents local tax and government authorities where required.
  
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements tax filing requirements audits procedures and forms both statutory and internal.
  
• Manage recruitment activities including but not limited to preparation of job descriptions posting job advertisements arranging interviews preparing employment contracts and onboarding.
  
• Manage staff leave applications and claims.
  
• Handle filing of employee income tax forms.
  
• Prepare monthly payroll.
  
• Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems when required.
  
• Undertake any other adhoc duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or a relevant field.
  
• Previous experience as an Accounting executive/officer within the manufacturing industry.
  
• Strong time management skills and the ability to delegate effectively.
  
• Capable of evaluating diagnosing and troubleshooting problems.
  
• A team player with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
