  Advise the Board of Directors on organizing and managing the exploitation and development of relationships with corporate clients large projects and brokerage channels.

  Receive information manage guide and support the affiliated units under the Bank in exploiting specific insurance services and large projects.

  Research market trends and customer needs from subsidiaries to create proposals. Coordinate with related departments to develop suitable service products and promotional programs for each partner.

  Develop product policies and appropriate emmployeemotivated programs to enhance business activities.

  Organize implement activities and support business units in procedures to connect maintain and develop relationships with new partners including partners for crossselling.

  Develop implementation processes and plans for business development projects

  Control and operate the insurance exploitation system through the Bancass channel.
  

Requirements

• T t nghi p i h c tr l n.
  Bachelors degree or higher.
  
• u ti n c c ng vi n c kinh nghi m l m vi c trong
  Preffered candidates had work experience in
  
• Kh i kh ch h ng doanh nghi p t i c c ng n h ng l n ho c c c c ng ty b o hi m phi nh n th c th ph n t 10% tr l n.
  Corporate customer sector at large banks or nonlife insurance companies with a market share of 10%.
  
• Tri n khai h th ng t i c c v tr t ng ng.
  System implementation at similar positions.
  
• C kh n ng ph n t ch v nh gi hi u qu kinh doanh. Ability to analyze and evaluate business performance.

  Strong planning organizational and effective management skills.
