Contract Manager

Job Description:

Study of Contract Agreement and Contractual communications and identify areas of disputes.

Experience in handling Contractual Matters Claims and Disputes

Should have knowledge on FIDIC Conditions / Contractual provisions on EPC & BOT Contracts.

Preparation of Claims and process.

Vetting of contractual communications/generating the same.

Followups with Govt. Employers on various ongoing disputes/claims.

Should have technical knowledge pertaining to Building & Infra projects.

Must have end to end experience in Tendering (Building/Infrastructural /Road /rehabilitation) State & Federal Government Projects

Final Costing & Budget for the bidding Projects as per technical documents

Rate analysis for Items as per BOQ and Specifications

Analysis for EPC/ItemRate contract

Calculation of Prebid quantities

Site Visit for Prebid and detail analysis and costing through PAN Nigeria; consulting with Industry Experts

Must be familiar with Microsoft office &. Construction software Tools

Handson experience in preparing Designs & Drawings Datasheet.

Utilizing negotiation and decisionmaking skills.

Preparation and Submission of Etenders and Proposals with bidding credentials to online portals.

Excellent exposure in Contracts Management. Preparation of Contracts/ Tenders Technical verification of Bills

Preparation of BOQS negotiation with vendors and rate finalization.

Preparation of work orders Market analysis. Manage the tendering process from bidding attending pretender meetings submissions and signing contract papers.

Develop proposals that speak to client s needs concerns and objectives while maintaining company profitability.

Acquire new projects/contracts and bids proven ability to close deals total Bid Management

Manage the on time and on budget delivery for project sold

Develop sales forecasts with probability percentages and pipeline status updates

Management reporting /communication /MIS /Mail & other communication way.

Requirements

Qualifications / Skills Required

Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering/QS/ Costing candidates are eligible to apply.

Age must not exceed 3540 years.

810 Years of experience in the field of (Contracts/Claims/Arbitration)

Communication Skill: Fluency in English & local Nigerian language.

Should be very good into analytics.

A very good communicator and presenter.

Should be a strategic thinker with promptness in Decision making.

Should have good Business understanding and understanding of financials.
