Job Description

Our client is a leading multinational corporation that designs and delivers customized highperformance instrumentation machinery and engineering solutions for the Food and Beverage and related industries. As an organization committed to continuous growth and investment in its future our client seeks to further develop its operations and strengthen its business in Thailand. To achieve this they are looking for an ambitious and highly skilled sales leader.

Organization Overview: This is a pivotal role within the organization tasked with leading a team and expanding the company s client base in the Food and Beverage within Thailand market. The position is based in Bangkok Thailand.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales: Develop and execute marketing and sales initiatives for the region with highly specialized and reliable products. Maintain and enhance market share within designated market and accounts.


Marketing: Develop and execute marketing initiatives for the country. Supervise and develop sales materials and exhibits as required. Initiate and support promotion programs and attend exhibitions conferences and meetings.


Account Management and Operations: Manage Key Account relationships and resolve problems related to transactions. Promote positive relations with major accounts.


Budget and Forecast: Assist in the budget planning process and forecasting. Manage allocated sales budget for assigned segment and repairs business. Translate sales strategy into bottomline results in close coordination with the General Manager.



Requirements

  • A Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Mechatronics Industrial Engineering or a related field). An additional Masters in Business Administration is a plus.
  • Experience in a strategic and commercial position with responsibility for the Thailand market.
  • At least 10 years of proven sales management experience with a solid network in the Food and Beverage.
  • You have at least three years experience in leading a team of sales professionals.
  • Experience in B2B industrial sales of highvalue capital equipment process equipment or turnkey projects ideally in the Food and Beverage sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Food and Liquid process engineering solutions (dairy beverage etc.) is advantageous.
  • Highly influential empathetic and culturally competent with a good understanding of the Thailand market.
  • A talented negotiator with a balance of creativity flexibility rigor and a focus on profitability.
  • Effective communicator fluent in English and Thai (preferred).
