We are seeking a passionate independent and ambitious sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build a strong network in the region conduct outbound sales generate leads and onboard clients. This role requires field visits for demonstrations and is a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls emails SMS and chats. Convince clients about our key products and services tailored to small and mediumsized businesses.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and onboard new clients.
  • Revenue Generation: Focus on generating revenue by achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Understand market scenarios provide analytical feedback and adjust strategies as needed to meet client needs.
  • Business Development: Create and execute a business development strategy focused on financial growth.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure thorough followups with clients to achieve monthly targets.
  • Field Demonstrations: Conduct field visits to demonstrate products and provide solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with top sales professionals in the SaaS industry to share insights and strategies.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to a flexible roster system as required.



Requirements

Requirements
  • Experience: 35 years of sales experience preferably in software/IT/Internet sales.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Time Management: Strong time management and planning skills.
  • Customer Handling: Ability to listen actively handle customer queries smartly and provide effective solutions.
  • Learning Agility: Willingness to learn and unlearn based on situational demands.
  • Networking: Ability to build and leverage a strong network in Kolkata.
