Responsibilities:
- Support and actively participate in all aspects of the client s unique program including proactive communication issue identification resolution and reporting.
- Manage client expectations by comprehensively understanding the client agreement and ensuring alignment with OpenLoops services including compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide exemplary customer service focusing on resolving client and patient issues promptly and effectively.
- Act as a proxy for the Customer Success and Implementation Manager in various meetings and workflows including legal customer success and communications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in multitasking and problemsolving.
- Execute tasks with meticulous attention to detail maintaining a sense of urgency and effective communication to keep clients informed of all relevant updates.
- Continuously enhance existing processes to improve products and services.
- Enhance team efficiency by devising optimal processes incorporating technology and human resources.
- Enter accurate and detailed updates into support systems such as Zoho Desk Zoho Phones and Healthie ensuring data entry integrity.
- Collaborate with various OpenLoop teams including Clinical and NonClinical Patient Support and Customer Success to deliver comprehensive support.
- Assess complex needs and coordinate with internal resources to support partners care delivery systems effectively.
- Identify gaps in knowledge and provide training to clinicians on essential requirements for service provision.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess strong phone etiquette and the ability to multitask efficiently accessing relevant information assessing situations determining next steps and communicating effectively with patients.
- Ensure all appointments/visits are completed to customer satisfaction paying meticulous attention to detail and adhering to correct time zones.
- Ensure the ongoing effectiveness of current technical workflows and promptly escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements
1 years of experience working on projects in a startup or healthcare environment required.
English Proficiency: C1 or higher.
Proven capacity to learn new technologies for maximum project success.
Ability to construct effective emails providing clients and internal stakeholders with all necessary background and project updates.
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing highenergy highexpectations environment.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Energetic mature positive attitude conducive to working well independently and with a team.
Proven track record of taking initiative.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while staying organized and efficient.
Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
Must be amenable to reporting to our Makati and BGC office as required
