Business Analyst remote option

Role: Business Analyst (remote option)

Location: Remote(Need Only Locals)

Rate: As per Market

Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions

Work Setting: Remote option (this position will allow for working remotely however preference will be given to candidates located in Florida).

Required:
Relevant technical or business work experience (3 years 7 years for IT Business Consultant).

For Business Analyst:
Experience in Rapid prototyping business flows (5 years);
Experience in documenting requirements/traceability using a holistic requirements management tool (5 years);
System documentation experience (5 years);
Experience as a Senior Digital Business Analyst project management or a similar role (5 years);
Agile/SCRUM experience specifically in story/acceptance criteria development;
Experience with data analysis and/or data engineering;
Experience in Microsoft Suite: Excel MS Access PowerPoint Word Project and Visio;
Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) to plan and organize tasks workflows and reports for the Agile team members.

For IT Business Consultant:
Experience in information systems business processes the key drivers and measures of success for the business and the short and longterm direction of the business and technology;
Masters or bachelors degree in computer science information systems business administration or other related field.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions and facilitate communication from initial requirements to final implementation;
Educate the IT organization on the direction of the business and negotiate agreements and commitments;
Possess expertise in the business units supported and an understanding of the IT organizations systems and capabilities;
Analyze business operations to identify strengths weaknesses and opportunities for process automation and improvement;
Utilize knowledge of technological trends to bring innovative solutions to enhance the enterprises competitive edge.
