Job Description: Operation Head
Head of Operations responsibilities include designing policies overseeing customer service and implementing technology
solutions. A responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business.
Technical / Functional Responsibilities:
Support Top Management to design long term growth planning and ensure timely implementation.
Provide Leadership by Recruiting selecting training assigning scheduling coaching counseling and discipline employees.
Ensure customer satisfaction and ensure achievement of Top Management Objectives
Manage plant operations (Following but not limited to):
o Assembly Lines
o Manufacturing
o Production Planning & Control
o Quality Assurance
o Maintenance
o Supply Chain (Procurement Stores Job Work Dispatch)
o Other Supporting functions
Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production productivity quality and customerservice standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop implement enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product equipment utilization inventory management and shipping.
Align operations to achieve effectiveness and efficiency objectives.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and guidance to all operations employees.
Ensure plant compliance with all labor safety and environmental regulations.
Ensure effective operation at all units of organization.
Accurate & timely reporting to the management
Approve the costeffective Operation cycle.
Behavioral/Other Requirements:
Reviewing the performance of subordinates & ensuring effective grievance management.
Inspiring creativity & initiative throughout all departments work.
Ensure the processes are completed with the best & highest standards.
Ensuring that the health & safety guidelines are followed properly.
Identifying the training needs
Projects to be implemented. o Process Improvement & Quality Improvement
Desired Candidate Profile:
Managing and optimizing operational processes manage and optimize the processes of a business relating to production the supply chain customer service and quality control to ensure it can meet quality standards.
