Role : Workday Payroll Lead / Technofunctional consultant

Location : Houston TX (onsite)
Experience : 9 yrs of total experience and 7 in US Payroll
- Must have thorough knowledge on US / Canada Workday payroll processes (Payroll Framework Earnings deductions US taxations job codes payroll calculations end to end payroll business processes PCGs payroll interfaces ).
- Must have good handson knowledge on Workday Payroll Time and other HCM Module.
- Good handson knowledge in updating the General Ledger posting rule sets accounting sets to include the new entities.
- Good knowledge on Configuring Workday compensation packages including salary bonus allowance commission and merit plans that are applicable for the new entities.
- Gather business requirements through discovery and design sessions.
- Recommend best practice and relevant industry experience in Workday Payroll and time.
- As part of year end activities preparing checklist relating to Period Schedules Holiday Calendars Balance Payouts Open enrollment and W2 generations
- Banking and settlement for US Payroll
- Must have good knowledge and experience of 8 years in Workday modules including Payroll Core HCM Recruiting Compensation Benefits Time Absence Talent EIB Loads.
- Flexible in working for different workday Modules.
- Flexible in terms of working in different time Zones within USA.
- Must be good at Client interactions and Communications.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the SLA.
- Good Communication skills.
Workday Payroll certifications highly preferred.
