We are looking for a SAP S/4 HANA Program Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of our S/4 HANA system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management particularly within SAP projects a strong understanding of project management methodologies and be adept at managing all aspects of largescale program implementations.

Responsibilities:

• 15 years of overall experience.
• 7 years of experience in program management preferably with experience in managing SAP projects.
• Experience in the manufacturing domain is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in leading and motivating crossfunctional teams.
• Must have worked in at least one S/4 Transformation as a Program Manager.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
• Indepth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA concepts functionalities and best practices.
• Lead and manage crossfunctional teams consisting of business users consultants and IT staff throughout the S/4 HANA implementation lifecycle.
• Oversee all aspects of the program including budget schedule scope risk and resources.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan aligned with business goals.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies between different workstreams.
• Identify analyze and mitigate program risks.
• Develop and implement a change management strategy to ensure user adoption of the new S/4 HANA system.
• Track program progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
• Stay uptodate on the latest SAP S/4 HANA features and functionality.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
