Handling employee life cycle in the HRMS portal and maintaining employee database.
Policy Implementation. Handling employee induction Training Monitoring and Problemsolving process.

Organize employee engagement activities. Handled Endtoend payroll process.

Schedule regular department training & meetings. Coordinating with Branches at the time of the Appraisal process.

Arranging Required Training session for New Joiners and existing employees. Handling Statutory Compliances regarding EPF & ESIC coordinating with the Consultant regarding the registration process to transfer claims of employees.
Handling ESIC registration Employee identity card and ESIC Compensation of Health & Medical insurance. Preparing & Maintaining Contracts for Contractual labor. Educate and conduct Training on companies various Policies/ HRMS
