Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Ensure team follows Agile Development Model.
• Facilitates daily standup
• Facilitate Sprint Planning Release planning and Retrospective
• Maintaining Information Radiators
• Facilitates Grooming and Planning (Includes Estimation).
• Facilitates with external teams based on dependencies faced by Machinations Team to remove roadblock
• Accountable to meet timeline with required content and quality goals.
• Coordinating RCCA exercise
• Accountable of timely delivery
• Responsible for foreseeing any risks and highlighting through appropriate chain.
• Establishing Team Infrastructure (Licensing) to execute project and perform daily tasks.
• Facilitate discussion to defect triage

Required Skills:

• Overall 6 years of work experience with a bachelors in Computer Science or related stream
• 4 Experience in playing the SCRUM master or Delivery Team Facilitator role for cloud application development teams
• Knowledge of building and using dashboards in Devops
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of SAFe agile operation and the various roles

Desired Skills:

• Basic experience in Azure cloud (IaaS) apps with Java/AngularJS is a plus.
• Scrum Master or Delivery Team Facilitator certification is a plus
