Hiring Sr HRIS Analyst for Bangalore location !!!!
The primary role of the HRIS Analyst is to provide analytical support to the Human Resources department to help measure various HRrelated parameters. The role may also require assistance in maintaining the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) in addition to other systems supported by the HR team. This position supports HRIS upgrades patches testing and other technical projects as assigned. Recruitment activities may also be required as and when required. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting & Activities: Generate all HRrelated reports such as: o Absence Reporting o Attendance & Overtime Reporting o Monthly JBPCO & Morgan People Reporting o Bonus Payment Activity o Monthly People Readiness o Scheduling organizationwide surveys and analyzing results o Any other ad hoc requests as they come Projects/Process Improvement: Recommend process/customer service improvements and innovative solutions to support the North American Human Resources team. Support the North American benefits team in projects as and when required. These include but are not limited to: ACA Forms 401K report generation Training: Develop user procedures guidelines and documentation and continue to update as necessary. Train clients on new processes/functionality and train new system users. Individual Development: Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development delivery and support and applying key technologies. Examine trends in information systems training materials and techniques. Through classes and provider seminars continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge. Participate in user group meetings/conferences. Compensation: Support the compensation team in analyzing compensation and benefitsrelated data as and when required. Recruitment: Minimal recruitment may be required on a need basis.
