Job Description
Direct line management responsibility for all Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance functions.
Ensure safety and quality performance output care of fixed assets and development of teamwork within the whole team.
Ensure the maximum output from fixed assets.
Live the organisation values and foster the promotion.
Ensure the coordination of work processes in the Electrical Maintenance team in compliance with applicable work instructions incl. coordination with foremen in the shifts.
Ensure the availability and operational readiness of all necessary means of production in the Electrical Maintenance area. Independent management of production resource overview.
Ensure that the Electrical Maintenance area function performs with excellent quality at lowest cost according to the maintenance plan and always with acceptable control of safety and environmental impact.
o Planning coordination optimization and monitoring of the Electrical Maintenance work processes.
o Execution of new installations and plant updates including support and control of external service providers
