Job Title: Systems Architect

Location: Hybrid (Albany)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex scalable and highly available systems.
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
• Ensure that all systems are designed to meet both current and future business needs.
• Conduct regular system performance reviews and optimize as necessary.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with system architecture.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in designing and implementing multitier applications using Object Oriented or Service Oriented Architecture.
• Experience with JAVA Development Kit 1.8.
• Extensive experience with JMS EJB MQ JAXB JAXWS JPA or Hibernate.
• Proven experience in developing applications with JSF JSP HTML and Angular.
• Experience in deploying applications on IBM WebSphere Application Server JBOSS or TOMCAT.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of data structures algorithms software design and JEE Design Patterns.
• Proficiency in objectoriented analysis design and programming (OOA OOD OOP).
• Experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Ntier architecture.
• Experience with SQL programming and developing procedures functions triggers and sequences.
• Knowledge of web services (REST and SOAP) and API integrations.
• Understanding of cloud architectures and services.
