Product Manager - Player Services

Role Overview:

As a Product Manager in the Player Services domain you will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of core services managing player accounts and player wallets as well as taking primary responsibility for our back office management system looking after compliance and operational workflows. Your work will ensure that these services support our product teams effectively and comply with industry standards as well as offering an excellent experience to our players.

As our Product Manager in the Player Services domain You Will:

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for Player Services ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering design compliance and operations to deliver highquality services.

• Gather and prioritise product and customer requirements ensuring the team delivers features that meet customer needs and drive business value.

• Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products and features driving optimization and improvements.

• Communicate product plans benefits and results to all relevant stakeholders including team members and executive leadership.

• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch including market research product development and rollout strategies.

• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and relevance of services.

You Have:

• Bachelors degree in Business Project Management Engineering or related field.
  
• 3 years of product management in gaming.
  
• Good understanding of UK and Spanish regulatory requirements.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in project management and working in high pace environments.
