We need a UKG HRIS resource with skills in configuring UKG 1) A person with HR Information system (HRIS) in the Product called UKG/Pro a developer of an administrator. UKG has several modules Payroll Performance Management compensation management recruiting and Onboarding Mgmt. Talent Management etc. a. UKG used to be called Ultimate and product called ULTIPRO b. Kronos the company has a product called Kronos and Workforce Dimension their products do Time reporting general thru Clocks where people check in in RDC c. Both Companies merged last year to become UKG Ultimate Kronos Group. 2) A Person who has Kronos/Workforce Dimensions technical skills as well.

1. Must Haves

• Skills in configuring UKG MUST HAVE hands on UKG/Pro
• Must have 23 years of UKG experience
• Preferably have worked with modules within UKG such as Performance Management Benefits Payroll Recruiting and compensation.
• Edit reports troubleshooting HRIS Operations
• Conduct audits help with PTO clean up
