Job Description:

• The candidate should possess 10 years of relevant experience in HCM with at least 3 end to end Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) implementation experience.
• The candidate must have expert functional knowledge and experience in the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules Core HR Recruitment (ORC) Workforce Compensation.
• Good experience in identification assessment and providing solutions for complex functional requirements/issues on Oracle Fusion HCM.
• The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers for requirement gathering providing solution configuration testing and golive.
• Good knowledge of data flow and integrations of Fusion HCM with other downstream systems.
• Good understanding of technical areas such as HCM Extracts BIP Fast Formulas.
• Experience working in onsiteoffshore model.
• Should have strong written and verbal communication skills personal drive flexibility team player problem solving skills.
