Position: Full Stack Engineer
Working Hours: FullTime 40 hrs per week Flexible with an overlap in EST
Salary: $USD/month (depending on the client’s final offer)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our startup. You will be the first hire and work directly with the founder who is highly technical.
In this role you will oversee the development and implementation of both frontend and backend software applications. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from designing system architecture to highlevel programming performance testing and system integration.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Founder to define project scope and requirements.
- Design and develop software system architecture.
- Implement data structures and design patterns.
- Create scalable web services applications and APIs.
- Develop and maintain internal software tools.
- Write both lowlevel and highlevel code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and enhance software efficiency.
Requirements:
- Has at least 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Advanced proficiency in frontend languages and frameworks such as HTML CSS React and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of backend languages and frameworks including TypeScript and NodeJS
- Familiarity with database systems and PostgreSQL.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication skills (Excellent).
- Highlevel project management abilities.
